Canadian users of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) in Canada.  We work in conjunction with the  international Association for Psychological Type (APT)  and local Chapters, whose membership is open to any individual interested in personality type.   Members come from a variety of professions and hold positions in business and industry, organizational development, health, religion, education and include professional consultants in psychotherapy and counseling.  Members seek to extend development, research and applications of type theory.

Our Mission

APT Canada, a bilingual (French/English) organization, is committed to providing a support network, an educational forum and professional contacts from all interested people of varying disciplines across Canada, with links to the international type community to facilitate growth in their knowledge and the effective application of Jung's psychological types and its derivatives.

Our vision is type diversity communicated ethically and upheld with veracity and respect across all borders.  Our future envisions being recognized within the international type community as innovators and specialists on the successful delivery of web based knowledge and programs on the application of Jung's psychological types theory and its derivatives.

Our web site provides a forum for our widely scattered members across this vast country, to communicate, share resources and learn from each other.

If you are new to the site, use it to locate local Chapters or contacts in your region. If your area is not represented, and you would like to be a local APT liaison, please contact us.  Support can be provided to help you set up an APT group in your region.

With your help, we will grow and create some exciting connections across the country.  Bookmark this site and return here often to see  What's New in our web.
